No, your halo won’t fall off when worn properly. Because of the angle it sits, the halo will fit securely on your head. It might feel a bit unusual in the beginning but you’ll start to feel more comfortable the more you wear it, and the more times you check yourself out in the mirror, phone, or reflection of the shop window.

Our halos are non-invasive or damaging, so you’ll feel almost as natural as if it was your own hair. Though wearing it is a new sensation, so yes, you might feel a little odd. But that sensation will pass in 10-15 minutes. And you’ll become more used to it and comfortable with it over time.

Once it's shipped
out, please allow 7-15 business days (to be safe) for domestic US shipping and 7-15 days for worldwide shipping.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@strandly-hair.com within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will review your request and approve your return, after which you may ship the item back to us. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and unused condition, and include your order number and shipping name in the return package to help us quickly process your return.

We aim to make your shopping experience seamless and flexible. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible using the same email address associated with your purchase.

•Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund immediately.

•After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you can still cancel it. Once you receive the items, please return them to us, and we will issue a refund once the returned items are processed at our warehouse.
